beef chilli con carne with fire roasted wraps
Ingredients
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Onion, diced
2 cloves Garlic , finely chopped
800g Premium Beef Mince
1 packet Farrah’s Smoky Chipotle Spice Mix
1 can Tomatoes, chopped
1 can Black beans or mixed beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 Cup Corn
1/2 Cup Red Capsicum, diced
1 packet Farrah’s Fire Roasted Pepper Wraps
1 ½ Cups Jasmine rice, cooked
1 Lime
Coriander, chopped
½ Cup Sour cream
1 pinch Chilli flakes (optional)
Method
Heat oil in a non-stick pan and sauté onion, garlic, and mince until browned. Add Smoky Chipotle Spice Mix, tomatoes, beans, corn, and capsicum, and simmer together for approx. 8-10 minutes until fragrant and saucy. Season to taste.
Warm Farrah’s Fire Roasted Pepper Wraps in a microwave or frying pan, and serve alongside the Chilli Con Carne.
Garnish with chopped coriander, lime, and a dollop of sour cream.
