BEEF MINCE TACOS
INGREDIENTS
12 Farrah’s Taco Tortillas
Farrah’s Taco Spice Mix
500g beef mince
1 onion, finely diced
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
Pico de gallo (fresh tomato salsa)
Smashed avocado
Coriander, roughly chopped
Sour cream
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add onion and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
Add the mince and the Farrah’s Taco Spice Mix, stir in until mince is broken up and started to brown.
Add the tomatoes and kidney beans, and cook through for 5 minutes or until the mince is cooked.
In a dry fry pan over a medium heat, grill your tortillas for 5 to 10 seconds on each side to get some nice toasty grill marks and colour.
In the Farrah’s Tortillas assemble with the lettuce, top with mince, smashed avocado, pico de gallo, coriander and drizzle with sour cream.
