Brisket quesadilla bites
Makes approx. 16 bites from 1 Quesadilla
Farrah’s Premium White Wraps
Beef brisket (we used Beak and Sons Bourbon Beef Brisket)
Cheddar cheese, grated
Spring onion, chopped
Red chilli, finely sliced
Sour cream to serve
Lay one Wrap down flat on the bench. Layer with a light sprinkle of cheddar cheese that binds the Quesadilla, add the brisket and spring onion and another light sprinkle of cheese. Top with another Wrap and gently place in a heated and lightly oiled frying pan or sandwich press.
Cook until the Wrap is golden and crispy and when the cheese has started to melt.
Remove, cut into bite sized pieces (you should get about 16 pieces from 1 quesadilla).
