GRILLED FISH SLIDERS

12 Farrah’s Taco Tortillas
White fish like blue cod or gurnard
Butter (for frying)
Dry Chipotle peppers ground or chilli flakes
Lettuce
Watercress
Avocado, sliced
Mayo
Lemons

To make a zesty mayo, combine mayo with lemon zest in a bowl, set aside.
Cut fish into strips. Pan fry fish in the butter until it is cooked and has developed a nice golden crust. 

Fold tortilla in half, then in half again creating a triangle that has two pockets.
Fill each of the pockets with the ingredients, mayo, lettuce and watercress on the bottom, and then the fish, avocado and more mayo in the top pocket. Sprinkle with ground chipotle or chili flakes
Secure with toothpick if needed.

  • Use any large firm white fish that flakes, alternatively crumb your fish with panko or a crispy light beer batter.
