Hickory bbq chicken tacos
Farrah’s Hickory BBQ Taco Kit

Farrah’s Small Tortillas and Farrah’s Hickory BBQ Spice Mix
450g chicken, diced
1 Tbsp oil
1/2 cup red cabbage and 1/2 cup green cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup corn, grilled
BBQ Mayo (provided with Taco Kit if using)
1 bunch coriander
Limes
Drizzle chicken in oil and coat in Hickory BBQ Spice Mix. Heat a pan on a medium heat with a dash of oil.
Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Warm tortillas in a frying pan on a medium heat for 10 seconds each side.
Tip: stack heated tortillas in foil to keep them warm.
Build your tacos with Hickory BBQ Chicken, red and green cabbage, corn and coriander. Drizzle with BBQ Mayo and a squeeze of fresh lime.
