Snack crackers

 

Makes 12

Farrah's Taco Tortillas
Olive oil spray
Salt

Toppings:

Tuna:
Canned Tuna
Avocado, cut into chunks
Spinach leaves
Spinach and feta dip
pink pickled onions

Mozzarella and tomato:
Buffalo mozzarella, broken into chunks
Tomatoes, finely chopped
Cucumber, finely diced
Olives, sliced
Red onion, sliced

Kumara and Pomegranate:
Kumara, cut into chunks and baked
Cottage cheese
Pomegranate seeds

Preheat oven to 180°C.

To make the crackers:
Lightly rub olive oil or spray with oil on one side of each tortilla and sprinkle with salt. Lay the shapes out on baking trays with the olive oil side facing down onto the tray.

Bake at 180°c for 6–8 minutes or until slightly golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving with the toppings of your choice

  • There are no rules with these snack crackers! Top with whatever you like- sweet or savoury!
