GARLIC BUTTER WRAP ROTI WITH SATAY SAUCE

Makes 6

6 Farrah’s Garlic Butter Wraps
50g butter
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Peanut Satay Sauce to serve (we used Whitlock’s Chunky Peanut Sauce)

In a bowl, mix together the butter, garlic and parsley.

Heat a frying pan, add 1 tsp of butter mix. Place one wrap on top of butter as it melts.

Fry the wrap in butter, turning occasionally until both sides of the wrap are golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining butter and wraps.

Serve with a chunky peanut satay sauce, bought or homemade whatever you prefer!

  • Wipe down the pan with a paper towel between each wrap so the butter doesn’t burn.
