Garlic Pizza Bread

2 Farrah’s Original Pizza Bases
60g Butter, softened
3 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Fresh basil, finely chopped

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 200-220 degrees. Mix together butter, garlic, and fresh herbs until well combined.

  2. Place Pizza Base on a lined baking tray and evenly spread with garlic butter, leaving a 2cm crust around the outside.

  3. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until crispy and golden. 

  4. Slice into rectangle-like shapes, serve, and enjoy as part of a platter!

Pepperoni Stromboli

2 Farrah’s Keto Pizza Bases
Tomato pizza sauce
Dried Italian herbs
1 packet of Pepperoni (100g)
1 to 1 1/2 cups grated Mozzarella
Olive oil
1 Garlic clove, minced
Olive oil

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 200-220 degrees. Microwave the Pizza Bases separately for 20 seconds to help with flexibility. 

  2. Place Pizza Bases side by side on a lined baking tray, and spread tomato pizza sauce all over, covering each base entirely. Sprinkle with dried Italian herbs. 

  3. Leaving a 2-3cm border around the edges of the Pizza Bases, add a layer of pepperoni and cover with cheese.

  4. Fold the 2 edges in slightly, then slowly roll into a tight log shape. 

  5. Combine a dash of olive oil, the garlic and Italian herbs. Brush this mixture over the top of the Stromboli rolls, then make cuts through the top layer of the roll. 

  6. Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until slightly golden. 

  7. Remove from oven, slice, and enjoy.
