sweet chilli cinnamon twists
with choc dipping sauce
INGREDIENTS
4 Farrah’s Sweet Chilli Wraps
50g butter, melted
Cinnamon sugar (¼ cup sugar, 1 Tbsp cinnamon)
50g dark chocolate
¼ cup cream
Vanilla essence
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°C on bake and arrange a rack on a baking tray.
Brush each wrap with melted butter and sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
Cut wraps into 3-4 cm strips, then twist together.
Lay each wrap twist onto the baking rack, tucking each end under the wire so the twist doesn’t unravel.
Bake for 4-5 minutes until golden, then remove from oven and let cool.
Combine chocolate, cream and a dash of vanilla essence. Heat for 30 second intervals until mixture is a smooth liquid.
Arrange the twisted wrap dippers on a platter with the chocolate dips. Serve with fresh seasonal fruits if desired.
