Breakfast wrap

Serves 1-2

1 or 2 Farrah’s Garden Spinach wraps
4 free range eggs
2 cloves garlic
Bunch of spinach
Feta crumbled
Black pepper
Oil

Lay out your Garden Spinach wraps.

Chop garlic and spinach and lightly saute in a pan, then set aside.

Whisk your eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Add a splash of oil to the pan and scramble your eggs the way you like.

Layer spinach, scrambled egg, and crumble feta on top.  Roll wrap tightly and halve to serve.  

 

  • Add chopped streaky bacon or chorizo sausage for extra smokiness!
