WRAP CRISPS

Your choice of Farrah's Wraps
Olive oil
Desired toppings e.g. prosciutto, blue cheese, relish

Spray one side of your Wrap in oil and cut into rectangles. Bake olive oil side down at 180◦C until slightly golden. Allow to cool and then dress with desired toppings.

SMOKED FISH RILLETTES

Garden Spinach Wraps
Smoked fish
Olive oil
Lemon zest
Garlic
Pepper
Parsley
Crème fraîche
Micro greens and lemon peel for topping

Spray one side of the Wrap in oil and cut into triangles. Bake olive oil side down at 180◦C until slightly golden. Mix smoked fish, crème fraîche, lemon zest, garlic, pepper and parsley together in a bowl to make a smooth paste.

Once wrap triangles are cooled, top with the fish mixture and garnish with micro greens and lemon peel.
