SUMMER PIZZA


MAKES 1

YOU WILL NEED

2 Farrah’s Premium White Wraps
50g prosciutto
3 tbsp tomato paste
25g fresh rocket leaves
5 cherry tomatoes
50g shaved parmesan
salt & pepper 

HOW TO MAKE

Preheat oven to 180°C.  

Place one wrap on a baking tray.  Spread a tablespoon of tomato paste and a few shavings of parmesan over the wrap.  Place the other wrap on top, then spread that wrap with the remaining tomato paste.  Arrange the torn prosciutto over the wrap. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and arrange on top.  To finish scatter some of the shaved parmesan.

BAKE
Approximately 10-12 minutes until the edges are crisp and the Parmesan has melted a little. Remove from the oven and season with salt and pepper.

TO SERVE
Sprinkle fresh rocket leaves and the remainder of the Parmesan shavings on the pizza.

  • Farrah’s Wraps are great as thin-crust pizza bases. Experiment with your favourite toppings – try veggies like mushrooms, onions and capsicum with a tomato base, or roasted chicken and cranberry sauce…there are no rules, so get creative!
